We take great pride in crafting and delivering premium-quality sarees with care. If, however, you are not completely happy with your purchase, our simple and transparent Return & Refund Policy ensures that your experience remains pleasant and worry-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- The product has not been customized or altered.
- The item was purchased directly from www.silkbajar.com.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Return Process
You can initiate a return in two simple ways:
- Email us: at info@silkbajar.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant images (if applicable).
- Use our Contact Form: Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the return request form.
Once we receive your request, our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps and pickup details.
3. Return Shipping
Silkbajar will cover the return shipping cost for all customers — both within India and internationally.
We’ll arrange the pickup through one of our trusted logistics partners. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We stand by the quality of our sarees.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos.
We will:
- Arrange for a replacement of the product at no additional cost, or
- Offer a full refund, depending on your preference.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll request your bank details for a direct transfer.
Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for eligible products if the desired item (different color, size, or design) is available.
If the replacement is not available, you may choose a refund or a store credit for future purchases.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Currently, all standard Silkbajar sarees are returnable as per this policy.
However, in the future, customized, altered, or limited-edition items may be marked as non-returnable, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
8. Color and Craft Disclaimer
Please note that minor color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
As many of our sarees are handcrafted, slight weaving or dye irregularities may be present — these are natural characteristics of artisanal work, not defects.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
